In this section we publish the Safeguarding regulation of Golf Montecatini Terme SSD a RL, which establishes prevention and combat measures against any form of abuse, harassment, gender violence or discrimination, whether for reasons related to ethnicity, religion, personal beliefs, disability, age or sexual orientation.
The regulation implements the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 36 of 28 February 2021 and Legislative Decree no. 39 of 28 February 2021, the regulations issued by the CONI National Council, the principles approved by the CONI Permanent Observatory for Safeguarding policies, as well as the "Regulations for the prevention and combating of abuse, violence and discrimination against members" of the Italian Golf Federation and related Guidelines.
The person in charge of Golf Montecatini Terme for Safeguarding against abuse, violence and discrimination is Marialuisa Gianfaldoni.
